Duration: 3 months | Test Score: 0–39

Business English – Level 2 (Elementary)
Duration: 3 months | Test Score: 40–55
Monday–Thursday: 12:45–1:30 PM | 7:30–8:15 PM
Business English – Level 3 (Pre-Intermediate)

Note
Classes begin every Monday with new topics for your level. If you find that your class is too easy or too hard, we can easily move you to a different class.

Note: Students should have a basic level of literacy to begin this program.
Class Content (Real Work Scenarios)
- Greeting clients and using professional small talk
- Explaining services, scope of work, and timelines
- Handling concerns or change requests professionally
- Communicating delays, issues, and next steps
- Recommending additional services naturally and confidently
- Role-plays (phone calls, sales, negotiations, customer service, meetings, etc.)
- Scripts for common client interactions and FAQs
- Participating in and leading meetings
- Customer service communication
Policies
Payment: Monthly tuition is billed automatically through our secure payment link after you register.
Cancellation: No long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by notifying us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Attendance: If you will be absent, please notify your teacher in advance whenever possible. Class recordings are available so you can catch up on missed lessons.
Holidays: Classes are not held on U.S. federal holidays.
