3. Services
Maranatha provides language education, business English training, business coaching, and related professional development services. Course content, schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, enroll in classes, or use the student portal. Users who are 16 or 17 years old must have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, including the shared student portal password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees.
We offer a 14-day refund period for eligible purchases. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@maranathaec.com within 14 days of payment. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to processing fees or partial-credit arrangements depending on services already rendered.

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes. If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Make-up classes and rescheduling are offered when feasible but are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and provided through the Services—including curricula, worksheets, videos, recordings, presentations, logos, trademarks, and written materials—is owned by Maranatha or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
